Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Bicoince account and the personal data we
are not legally required to keep. You can also do this from the app (Account → Close account) or by emailing
us directly.
Before you request deletion
Withdraw your funds first. Move any crypto or fiat balance out of your account — deletion does not return balances, and access ends once the account is closed.
This is permanent. Your profile, trading history and preferences will be removed and cannot be restored.
Some records are retained by law. KYC and transaction records are kept for ~5 years under India's Prevention of Money-Laundering Act (PMLA), then deleted. We cannot delete these earlier.
