Help Center and FAQ

Answers to common questions about Bicoince accounts, verification, fees, leverage and security, and how to contact support.

What documents do I need for KYC verification?

You need a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and a selfie. Enhanced verification for higher limits requires a proof of address document dated within 3 months.

How are my funds protected?

You can independently verify exchange reserves at any time on the Proof-of-Reserves page (Trust Center). Withdrawals are protected by 2FA, address allowlists and a security-lock window after any credential change.

How do I enable 2FA?

Go to Account → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. We recommend Google Authenticator or Authy. Scan the QR code, enter the 6-digit verification code, and save your backup codes securely.

What countries are supported?

Availability depends on your region and local regulations — some services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. Check the terms during signup for your region.

How do I contact support?

In-app support chat is available from the chat bubble when signed in. Email support at support@bicoince.io for non-urgent requests.

What are the trading fees?

Spot: 0.10% maker / 0.10% taker at the base VIP tier; rates fall with 30-day trading volume (down to 0.02% maker at the top tier) plus BCX staking discounts. Perpetual futures: 0.04% taker. See the Fees page for the live schedule.

Can I use leverage for trading?

Yes. Perpetual futures support up to 40x leverage (varies by asset) and cross-margin spot borrowing is available. We recommend starting with lower leverage. All leveraged positions display real-time liquidation prices.

How does copy trading work?

Browse lead traders on the Copy Trading page, allocate an amount, and their trades are mirrored proportionally to your allocation. You can stop copying at any time; open mirrored positions remain yours to manage.

What cryptocurrencies can I trade?

Bicoince lists major cryptocurrencies across spot and derivatives markets, with new listings added regularly — browse the full list on the Markets page, or apply via the token-listing form.
